Using the Upload feature for documents and templates, how do I add another document?

Focus:  The focus of this self-help article is to provide steps and information to on how to add additional files to existing documents and templates you have created in PandaDoc using the “Upload” method.

Why use this feature?: If you have created documents and templates using the “Upload” method adding fields. This new option, will allow you to add more files to the existing documents and templates. No more of sending out files individually, you can now combine them.

Step 1:  Open and existing document or template you uploaded. Shown below we have opened and existing template, with add fields.

Step 2: Adding a new file. Scroll down and you will see the option to “Add another file”

Step 3: Selecting a new file to add Now you will be presented with the same options to upload a new file to this existing document. You can drop a file, choose a local file or use one of the cloud storage  options to upload the file.

Step 4:  Add fields  Once the new file has been uploaded, add any “Fields” to capture data and then you can send it out.
