What is the Inbox?

Focus:  The focus of this self-help article is to provide information about the PandaDoc Inbox.

What is the Inbox?: The inbox is used to keep track of documents that require your signature or that were sent to you for review by another PandaDoc account. We provide information on who created the document, when it was created and the document name. Please note you can move your mouse cursor over the date and pop up will show the full date and time. The time is based upon your computer settings.

Step 1:  Accessing the inbox and reviewing items. To access Inbox, you can click the Inbox icon on the left panel or find it in the dropdown by clicking on your profile picture.

Here you will see a list of your documents. You can also delete inbox notifications or download a document. Documents are listed from the newest to the oldest , separated by time, “Today” “Last 30 days” and “Older”.

Step 2: Opening a document. If you would like to open and review the document, click on the document name.
