Focus: The focus of this self-help article is to provide steps and information to delete documents from your PandaDoc account.
Please note: PandaDoc does not have a maximum number of documents you can have in your account. Instead of deleting documents, add them to a folder, so you always have them.
Step 1: Deleting documents. Go to documents on the left, you will see “checkboxes” next to the document name(s). Check the box for the document you wish to delete, then click on “Remove” At the top. Verify the deletion.
Step 2: Adding to a folder. Instead of deleting a document, you can move it to a folder. Check the document and then click on “Move to folder”. Select your folder and click “Move”.
Step 3: Recipients view of deleted documents If you delete a document and your recipients try to open the document, they will get a message like this:
