Reporting

PandaDoc provides Content Usage Reporting so you get insight into the number of times your templates and content library items have been used in your PandaDoc documents. Identify the most frequently used templates and content library items as well as those that are under utilized. Search by date range to see usage over a specified time period.

Template usage: This report shows the number of times a template was used to generate PandaDoc documents. It also includes any templates used as part of your CRM integration with PandaDoc.

Content Library Items usage: This report shows the number of times content library items have been used in PandaDoc documents.

Activity Reporting:

  1. Documents completed (Total # of docs completed within a selected date range)
  2. Revenue generated (Total of all Document.Grand Totals of all documents in Completed status within a selected date range)
  3. Close rate (Ability to see conversion rate (%) from Sent to Completed documents within a selected date range)
  4. Time to close (Average time between Sent to Completed document status within a selected date range)
  5. Document funnel (Conversion rates, # and $ in each stage: Sent → Viewed → Completed within a selected date range)
