How can I setup an email footer that will be shown to my recipients when I email them a document from PandaDoc?

Focus:  The focus of this self-help article is to provide information and steps in order to add an email footer to emails that are sent through PandaDoc to your recipients.

What is an email footer?: Unlike a signature, an email footer is shown below the main portion of the email that is sent to your client through PandaDoc. This can be used to add your company information, contact information or a disclaimer.

Please note:  There is a character limit of 100 characters for this branding.

Step 1: Add your custom email footer. Go to Settings > Branding > Emails. Next,  add your email footer and click the green “Save” button.

Step 2: Example of email footer in an email. As shown below, you will see the example footer that was setup for this test purpose.
