How do I add a new document for PandaDoc?

Focus:  The focus of this self-help article is to provide steps and information to about the current methods in order to add documents to your PandaDoc account.

Please note:  You can add documents to your account, by the following methods: from your Computer, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive or use an existing template. For best use, we recommend PDF documents that are either A4 or US letter in size. At this time, we do not support “Landscape” styled documents.

Step 1:  Adding a new document. Click on “New Document” on the upper right.

Step 2: Selecting an option to uploading a document.  Here you will see the different options to upload a document.

Step 3: Uploading a file from your computer.  You can drop a file into this box, or you can click on “Choose a file from your computer”. Select the file from your computer, and click “open.

Step 4: Uploading documents from other methods. Please click on the following links for more information on how to upload a file using the other methods:

  1. Dropbox
  2. Google Drive
  3. Box
  4. OneDrive
  5. Existing Template
